1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Made With Purpose platform ("Platform"), operated by Made With Purpose, Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Course Purchases

All course purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course content, including video lessons and downloadable materials.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to change. Any promotional or sale pricing is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our course content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed. Please review all course descriptions and available free preview lessons before purchasing. For full details, see our No Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content in any form
• Record, download, or reproduce video lessons beyond personal use
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Platform's security or functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, downloadable resources, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Made With Purpose, Co. or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use only.

7. User Content

Any information you provide through your profile (name, location, interests, etc.) remains your property. By providing this information, you grant us permission to use it for Platform functionality and to improve your experience.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Made With Purpose, Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or course content.
